What we want

Work with a pulse. Strange, sharp, funny, ugly, beautiful, difficult, concise, sprawling—provided it gives us a reason to keep reading.

Read the guidelines below, send the work, and let the work do the talking.

We accept submissions of original poetry, fiction, and visual art. Simultaneous submissions are fine. Previously published work is fine, too, but the original publisher must supply us with permission to reprint.

Please read our About page before submitting work, and review work on the site to see whether yours might fit in.

Unfortunately, we cannot pay for work accepted for publication.

To submit your work:

  1. Create an account.
  2. Submit your work to the forum, the contents of which are not visible to the public. If your work is accepted, it will be moved to the front page, and you will receive a publication notice.

Note that you have complete control over anything you submit through the forum. You can edit or remove your work at any time.
